## Storefronts on the free plan carry advertising

If a storefront is on the Freemium plan, Wisecsite places sponsored content on
it. These placements appear alongside the merchant's own products.

Every sponsored placement is labelled as such at the placement itself, not only
here. If a placement is an affiliate link, Wisecsite earns a commission when a
visitor clicks or buys through it.

## What this means for a shopper

A labelled placement is not a product the merchant chose to sell, and the
merchant has no say in which placements appear. Your purchase from a sponsored
link is with whoever is named on the placement.

## What this means for a merchant

Advertising is the price of the free plan, and it is set out in the Freemium
agreement you accept at signup. Paid plans carry no advertising, and an
Ad Remover upgrade is available on Freemium.

## Paid plans

Standard, Premium and Enterprise storefronts carry no Wisecsite advertising and
no affiliate placements.
